All our shipments are sent out for delivery twice a week excluding weekends and holidays.

Please follow your tracking in case customs fees are payable. Any delays are unfortunately out of our control. Customers are responsible for any customs fees. 

Thank you for your support and purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or faulty. Please check your item as soon as it arrives and let us know within 5 days by email at hello@bourii.com if you would like to return your product. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

EU/INTERNATIONAL: Shipping costs will not be refundable on any returned parcels due to unpaid fees or failure to receive or pick up the parcel and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
